Period of Discernment
Are you feeling a prompting to explore a new path? Starting an internship in your local congregation and wanting to explore ideas about ministry in the wider church? Perhaps you are sensing a call to ministry or perhaps you are just at a transition point in your life. The Period of Discernment is a year long process that helps you explore what God is calling you to next.
You will have ministry experiences, journey with a mentor and have opportunities to consider new pathways all with the support of Generate Presbytery and your local congregation.

Leadership Pipeline
For Leaders already in a Generate Congrgation the Leadership Pipeline will help to equip you for your next season of leadership. Rev Andy Hogarth can look at ways you can grow in your leadership, and get practical leadership experience and mentoring.
The Leadership Pipeline will use apprenticeship style mentoring to help you grow on the job. Supported by the wider presbytery we know that this will help equip you for your next season of ministry.
