PATHWAYS TO LEAD

In Generate Presbytery we value the role that leaders play across the life of our congregations and ministries. We are committed to working with congregations as we help to Raise Courageous Leaders for the future of the church.

There are two great ways you can grow and explore your leadership: The Period of Discernment and the Leadership Pipeline. Fill in the online form to find out more!

Period of Discernment

Are you feeling a prompting to explore a new path? Starting an internship in your local congregation and wanting to explore ideas about ministry in the wider church? Perhaps you are sensing a call to ministry or perhaps you are just at a transition point in your life. The Period of Discernment is a year long process that helps you explore what God is calling you to next.

You will have ministry experiences, journey with a mentor and have opportunities to consider new pathways all with the support of Generate Presbytery and your local congregation.

To discover more and discuss if this is the right pathway for you contact us below.

Leadership Pipeline

Looking to grow in your leadership? Want practical leadership experience and mentoring?

The Leadership Pipeline will help to equip you for your next season of leadership.

Perhaps you have done an internship and feeling called to ministry. Maybe you’re starting as a Pastor or entering a new ministry role and looking to grow in your confidence and capabilities.

The Leadership Pipeline will use apprenticeship style mentoring to help you grow on the job. Supported by the wider presbytery we know that this will help equip you for your next season of ministry.

More details on the Leadership Pipeline will be released in 2021 so make sure you contact us through the form below and let us know you are interested.
